Covenant is flat-priced per company, with no per-vendor surcharge. Your eighth vendor and your eight-hundredth cost the same on a given plan.

What's free vs paid
- Free / offline (no account): adding vendors (up to the plan limit), tiering, SMB Lite + HIPAA Security Rule questionnaires, the vendor portal flow, BAA tracking + clause gap-check + renewal calendar, manual findings + live email-auth scan, evidence attachments (local stub), risk scoring, framework coverage, CSV/JSON export.
- Pro and up (cloud sign-in): cloud sync, the full SIG / CAIQ library (
full_questionnaires), hosted continuous scanning (continuous_scan— seam wired, runner deferred), evidence publishing, and R2-backed attachment storage. - MSP: the multi-client console (
mspentitlement).
Billing note: plan entitlements are enforced through the cloud tier. Stripe-driven self-serve billing and the MSP console are planned for a later wave; the entitlement checks (
